The old in concrete made buildings for Philips Lighting were calculated for heavy weights on the floors with machinery. To demollish these buildings for the existing values of the ground was not possible.

In 1993 some architects ware asked for a closed competition to make new possibyleties in thes old buildings. I was one of them.
Because the finacial crises in Holland and the realy abrupt stops in buildingprojects my partner, owner of very big construction firm, stopped his participation. I was not the only architect with bad luck.
The hole project is saved bij subsidy and grants.
